Course Overview
Achieving effective communication in the workplace should be a major goal of any organization. As can be imagined, in organizations where effective communication is not the norm, avoidable problems often ensue. Many of these problems negatively impact employees' ability to perform their jobs effectively and this, in turn, has negative effects on organizations.
