Course Overview
This course provides an overview of the two modes of planning - operational planning and life-cycle planning. This includes understanding the similarities, differences, and interdependencies between the two modes, the principles of discretionary resources, as well as the concept of target costing. Finally, the course also provides an overview of the planning governance process as well as benefits from life-cycle financial planning.
