Course Overview
This course provides an overview of workplace violence including the identification of warning signs, the techniques for reducing risk factors, and learning how to effectively diffuse potentially dangerous situations. In addition, the course also provides an overview of the regulations that employers may be held liable to, workplace violence statistics, as well as suggestions for training of both managers and employees. Finally, the course concludes with a discussion of best practices for reducing the risk of workplace violence.
