Course Overview
This course provides an overview of workplace diversity, related diversity in the workplace statistics, and identifies the two types of diversity. In addition, the course also provides an overview of the benefits of diversity along with an identification of the various communication styles that may result in certain barriers to communication. Finally, this course lists prohibited actions and practices, steps for managing a diverse workforce, and hiring best practices.
