Course Overview
The recruitment and selection process can be used to enhance employee morale, promote job efficiency, and diminish the costs of turnover across an organization. The objective of this course is to understand recruitment and selection, to learn effective techniques and skills in the selection and interview process, and to identify the legal issues associated with the recruitment and hiring process. In this course, certain procedures and approaches to recruitment and selection are highlighted. The course also identifies the types of questions to ask and wording to use during the interview process, and how to evaluate the answers a candidate provides.
